I tried this combo this morning. I tried it with my regular powder charge, 105gr of T-777. At 100 yards two, three shot groups one at 1 1/4 and the second at 1 1/2 inches!!! At 150yds it put three shots at at 3 3/4 inches with only 7 inches of drop. I was pinched for time so I could not chronograph it. I would guesss its running 1500 to 1600FPS out of 24 inch barrel. Hornady claims this bullet will expand down to 800 FPS. I will have to poke a hole a few deer to see how it does. This could be an improvement over the 452. 300gr XTP I have been using. It does shoot flatter. More to come after early MZ season. MB
