Dick Morris just said on Fox News that Hillary will sign the international arms control treaty right after the election....his comments in a discussion about the fight between the POTUS and Hillary over the Libyan Consulate debacle.
Morris described the treaty signing as her last move as Sec of State.
When a column of troops under Lt. Col. Francis Smith moved into the countryside to collect arms and munitions gathered by the patriot militia, hostilities erupted at Lexington and Concord on Apr. 19, 1775.

Her signature doesn't mean squat on a treaty. Only the senate can have final approval and it takes a 2/3 vote. Not a chance.

As Sec of State, her incompetence has held no bounds.Billions if not trillions in foreign aid to countries who want nothing more than the destruction of the US or its subservience to the focking UN. Until we remove the bunglers of her ilk and the other career diplomats at state nothing will really improve. The only real failing of his service to the US in GW's time was failing to purge the Gov of all the Clinton political appointees it contained .
