I don't believe a group picture was ever taken.

"what is the gun above the R&D 308EG? 0373" http://www.savagefest.net/SavageFest_2012/index.php/Calhouns-Pictures/GEDC0373 Drew, This is another 308 R&D gun with a "slab side receiver" Ralph once before owned both of these guns. They are two of the three R&D slab sides. He had sold one of them to a friend but since the Ohio fest it made its way back to him. The wood on the sides of these guns is thicker because there is no step at the back of the receiver.

very nice. I especially liked the lawnmower.
It was nice to see some really beautiful examples of the clip-models. They were still trying time to time even in those late days of the 99...

The engraved "T" at Savage Fest 2012 I think I have the letter on it from Callahan. If who ever owns it and wants it let me know and I will send it to them. The letter I have references serial number 4308XX. Give me the last two digits and its yours. I saw this gun and was going to buy it but waited until I got information on from Callahan about the engraving. But it was sold the day before I receive the letter.

I am not sure if this is the place to ask, but I am looking to buy a 12ga barell for my Savage Model 330. Hopefully 28"+ long. Can anyone point me in the righ direction?

K,
Posting a WTB here is not totally off base, but you may fare better by placing a WTB in the Classified section down toward the bottom of the site page.

K, (Added) Posting a WTB here is not totally off base, but you may fare better by placing a WTB in the Classified section down toward the bottom of the site page. You also tagged your question on to an older post that will not get looked at as much as starting a new thread/posting. Maybe a better approach would be to first see if there are other shotguns that use the same barrels. There may be a Stevens or a Springfield or Sears brand that was actually the same. Here's a Stevens 335. Close? http://forums.gunboards.com/showthread.php?287442-WTS-T-Pre-Gun-Show-Sale

Start a new thread and give the first 4 digits at least of your rifle, Rick or one of the others will chime in.
