Favorite beer? No thanks, I don't touch the stuff. Love water, though.

Depends on the seasons really. The colder it gets the darker the beer gets.

Summer it's mostly the "light" stuff
Fall Breckenridge Avalance
Winter Tommy Knockers Maple Nut Brown
Spring Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Although some are certainly lacking, if it has an IPA on the label I'll give it a go. Silver Gulch brewery's "OLD 55" is tough to beat.

I have yet to find a beer you can see through to be worth drinking and the better beers are dark enough to safely use to watch a solar eclipse.

I've had some golden beers in Bavaria that would likely get you off of this recurring good beer must be dark beer theme.

Coors Banquet Beer tastes like sour mule piss, I prefer darker beers or my PBR.

Coors is not a beer. It is a fermented grain beverage. And not a very good one at that.

And you have now so poisoned my mind against Canadian beer that I will never touch it, on your recommendation. grin

Bell's Two Hearted Ale is my current favorite.
