Someone on Gunbroker is selling one with an 18 inch barrel for $899. The photos look of it look nice. That 18 inch barrel will get you about 100fps lower velocity than one with a 22 inch. A deer wouldn't know the difference.
I would say $850 is good, $900 is fair, and at $950 I'd keep looking. It may be worth more on paper but I think those are the going prices. Priced between $800 and $850 and it should sell pretty quick.
