What do you give up with the Z5 that you get with a non-Z5 Omega?

I have the Z5. Nice gun but I probably would have gone with the standard Omega if I had to do it again.
Z5 - Blued only Omega - SS
Z5 - Hollow stock Omega - Laminate or upgraded synthetic
I'm guessing there are other difference but these are the main ones. I like the platform and recommend the gun.

I read somewhere the trigger and some other machine work wasn't as good on the Z5.
Money can't buy you happiness, but it can buy you a hunting license and that's pretty close.

I've got a special order Z5 made specially for Jerry's Sport Center in PA. Blue, nice laminated stock and the barrel is 24" instead of 26". Bought it 7-8 years ago.

I have a Z5 with a synthetic stock and stainless barrel. T/C expanded the Z5 line to include a "weather shield" flavor. I don't think there are any differences between the two other than camo patterns.

The z5's are good guns. They cut some corners here and there but nothing performance wise. I have sighted in a couple of them for people and the triggers were very good and they shot very well.
