Pending the BLR's configuration and condition it may be about right or just a tad high. (50.00?)
The SS laminate Take down is on the high end.
And the Straight stock standard wood and blue is probably on the lower end. Rings and bases (Leupold)another 50.00?
Also how common are the BLR 7-08's as compared to the 308 or 243?
Locally If a used one was on the shelf and was real clean and 650.00 could get it out the door W/rings and bases I would not think twice just my 2cents

With no goodies on the gun anything over $500.00 is too much.

thanks for the input, Gun is blue with straight stock, like new, and has bases and rings with it. Think I could get it for $600. Still debating.

The 7-08 is hard to find and would bring an ez $50-75 premium in my area.

If you can get it for 600.00 that is not bad
A new one is between 780.00 and 1000.00 pending configuration.

What year production is it? Is it a steel receiver or alloy? Those are factors to consider in price.
