Looking for an affordable hunt to do say 2000.00 for the hunt itself? Looking for animals to hunt say a sheep or goat hunt (open to suggestions). I have hunted hogs twice and will probably go again, but thought maybe a different animal? My initial thought of a Javelina/Auodad combo hunt? Anyone got any ideas on animals and a reasonable outfitter?

For $2k I'd travel out west and try to do a cow elk/mule deer combo hunt, but I'm not much of a goat or exotic hunter.

Attend some NRA banquets and bid on hunts. The bad economy helps with that. I got one exotic sheep hunt for $600 at a banquet.

You can do some Axis buck hunts for < $2000 in Texas. Some as cheap as $1200 and several in the $1700 range.
If you've never eaten Axis you are missing something wonderful. If you've never hunted Axis you are missing a thrill.
By the way, in case you missed it, Jeremiah was a bullfrog.

I would look into the Vermejo cow hunts. I am taking my daughter there in January with a group of friends & family. We are going to stay at the NRA's Whittington Center. http://www.vermejoparkranch.com/cow_elk.php

After reading the other posts, I am of the mind it is translating software. Weird syntax, not consistent with a moron. Still kind of funny.

If you've never eaten Axis you are missing something wonderful. If you've never hunted Axis you are missing a thrill. I'm with Reloder. I'd like to do this myself.
