My family has tasked me with comming up with some new Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner dishes. Looking for some ideas based on your favorite dishes.

Can't beat a good tender slow cooked melt in the mouth brisket,seasoned or BBQ'd either way.We do it every year.

When I was young my Dad always made oyster stew on Christmas Eve. I have taken to making prime rib and turkey alternately.

hand rubed and rolled in maggies-prime rib! ...studded with split & peeled garilic and the "garlic holes" stuffed shut with saltpork.... and thick sliced bacon ON TOOTH PICS on top! (I do the same thing every year since i felt "i nailer her down in the early 90's)..riced taters.......this year we are going to add the "onion pie" in the "sticky". good eats. Hell!- I get wet thinking about what i'm going to do ......

i guessed at the pages..its the internet u kown ..lol....they are there in the book its a side dish...look for it,,,tateres riced, sour cream palavone cheese a bit of grated onion...drool.....
