Hunting some land where you have to take your stand out every day.

I'm going to look around at Dicks and Basspro for a ladder stand that is friendly to that mode.

Any recommendations.

I have a couple of friends at work that have and like this one- Pack-N-Stack. I haven't been in one, myself. Bruce

That is about the only one, commercial made, that I know of that is close to "daily pack" friendly.

Can't use a climber in you area? Or a hang on and sticks?

A buddy uses the "Climb Paws" and loves them. I've helped him haul them in, they are light and pack easy.

If I had to haul in a ladder stand everyday I would just go with a ground blind especially for bowhunting. They will work almost anywhere. Lighter than a ladder stand, sets up in seconds, much quieter to setup, and you can stay warmer/quieter/drier in one.

Lone Wolf with some lone wolf climbing sticks, or if you have some straight trees look at one of the lighter climbing stands.

If I had to pack in a ladder stand of any weight for any distance I think I'd rather stay home.
