Cut a piece of rubber garden hose and place on it,tape the ends so it won't slide don't ask me how I know.

assuming you have permission to cross it , ask the land owner to disarm it while your hunting.

Take a stick about 2 feet long. Lay down on the ground to go under the fence while laying flat. Look for a bit of a low spot. Use the stick in both hands to push up on the bottom wire of the fence. Do kind of a rolling motion to get from one side to the other.

the above is the safest. lay a piece of plastic down to help you slide under. the hose trick will get your crotch warmed up with my fence! rubber gloves had better be linemans gloves [ with a 10,000 volt rateing] or you will drop that idea too.
