Been running a load real close to this one, just a little hotter. It's been great, no pressure signs, and hammers deer with the 120NBT. I had a bunch of the H414 on hand so gave it a try and haven't messed with anything else. I got a couple of pounds of Varget last week so I may try the magic load when I get back to the reloading bench.

The load I use is slightly over the usual book max, but I have no signs of pressure - easy bolt lift, primers not flattened or cratered, no ejector cut marks on case heads.
Winchester 7mm-08 brass
140 grain Accubond
43.8 grains RL15
Federal 210 primers
Chrony says this is good for ~2875 fps out of my Kimber 84M.

My Tikka likes 49.5 grs of H414 and a 139 gr SST or 139 gr FB Hornady's with R-P brass and Federal 210 primers......2900 fps and .5" groups

My best load is 140 bt or accubonds with 43.5 grains of imr 4064. Kills good and it keeps five shots on a four inch gong at 500 yards
