Onside recovered! They remind me a lot of Boise State. to some extent. Boise State manages to win though................ the huskies pretty much sucked the entire game, and were not a match for FSU. I hate FSU as much as anyone, but they won this one without much trouble.

I dunno....I bet Jimbo was a little puckered when it was 17-10 and the Huskies recovered the onside kick.
a game like this is a lose-lose for the Goliath team anyway.

The Huskies played an away game without their coach. I thought their play calling could have been improved, but they didn't have the guns to handle FSU. All in all, not much to be ashamed of. As a Big 10 fan, somewhat envious.

Stick to beating up UMass and Akron in the MAC and stop trying to play with the big boys. Jordan Lynch bit off more than he could chew with his comments to the media in the week leading up to the game.

Is FSU on it's knees yet, or was Lynch just full of hot air? For all the hype I was surprised at how slow, inaccurate and indecisive that kid was. He's just plain awful! There's a reason he ended up at NIU and that was on full display last night.

He didn't start out well, and it got worse from there. Plus, he took that nasty hit in the first qtr and that probably messed him up.
They should have tried to mix in a few more passes to try and sneak in some big runs, but they didn't.

It's kind of tough to sneak in big runs knowing that Telvin Smith and Vince Williams are roaming around like a pack of wolves waiting to feast on you. That kid was so far out of his league it's not even funny. The look on his face when Telvin smashed him the first he tried to run wide was like "whoa, where'd that guy come from". Priceless!
