Let me know what powder especially but any load help is great thanks.

Between 25-26grs of Ramshot TAC powder usually shoots well in most any 223 (bolt action or AR-15) with 50gr H-Vmax or 50gr Nosler BT bullets.
I usually start at 25grs and work up .2grs at a time shooting groups until I find a sweet spot with a new rifle/barrel.
Generally best around 26grs; Tac burns pretty clean and is not to temp* sensitive either.
Has shot good with both Winchester & Remington brass & several type primers(CCI, Win., Federal).
If using military brass may need to reduce charge due to thicker brass (less case capacity).
For AR-15 just load to magazine length with no crimp.

I also like Ramshot TAC with the 50 gr V-Max or Nosler Ballistic Tip. I settled on 26.0 gr in both the AR and bolt guns. I also like the 40 gr bullets with 27.5 gr, and have had good results with various primers including the Wolf 223 primers. My older favorite .223 Rem load with 50 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip was 25.0 gr of Accurate 2015. Work up carefully if you try it, as current loading data suggest a max load of 24.5 gr with the 50 gr bullet.

26 gr of Benchmark for me.

25 gr of Benchmark with 50-53 gr bullets has done the best so far in a new Windham Weaponry Varmint Extreme.

25 tac with the 50 vmax or nbt work great in my ar. Same load, same poi.

+1 on the benchmark, but I hear alot of good things about TAC too.

25.9g Benchmark under 50-Vax duplicated Black Hills load and shoots great in my AR's. 26.0 and above start to run hot in the summer.

Two powders I like for my AR 2230 and H335 I shoot 55gr v max out of my 16 inch heavy barrel for hunting and 55gr fmjbt for plinking about 24.5 gr powder fps are real close.
