German made Zeiss 3-9 on a 6.5x54 Mannlicher Schoenauer Carbine. That is pure art. There is nothing like a well made gun and a Zeiss Diavari 3-9X36. Those scopes are perhaps the best you can get in such a compact size. I have a few myself...

Got a VX3 4.5-14x40 Varmint Ret on my Tikka Superlight 22-250. Got a custom 257Wby being delivered next week that has a VX3 4.5-14x40 LR 30mm Duplex up top. A Hensoldt 6-24x72 on a full custom 30-378 Improved. I'd love to see pics of this one!

Thanks. I figure you can only pull one trigger at a time. Better be good with one

I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Zeiss Diavari on a Vanguard .257 Weatherby. The scope cost more than the rifle, which is about right.
