After much scrounging, have finally rounded up parts to finish the 6.8 SPC. Got one of the Midway stripped carriers yesterday, but they only allowed you 1 gas key screw (?). So if anyone had the following - I could actually make this pile of parts go bang!

1 Firing Pin Retaining Pin
1 Gas Key Screw

I have a BOX of gas key screws I think. PM me your addy and forget about the shipping, it will come in a first class stamped envelope I reckon... WTF is wrong with Midway allowing you ONE fuggin' screw???? If'n you want a free chromed gas key to go with that screw, let me know in your PM and you can pay for shipping on that and the screw. My gift to you for the hosing you got at Midway and for another 6.8 convert... ;-) I can send you the FP retaining pin too if you like but kudos to the other poster willing to help out.

I'm thinking Midway probably has a blanket limit on short supply AR related items in their system - probably by a programmer that didn't know it took two per. I emailed them about it. Regardless, and even though they can be a little high on prices, they are one of the hand full of companies I have found that still get in stock items out the door quick - none of that "10-15 days just to process in stock order", so I give them the benefit of the doubt...this time LOL!
