I don't always shoot Mausers, but when I do...I prefer VZ-24s.

I did get a chance to play with both the Terra scopes and binos at SHOT. Very nice glass for the money.

I did get a chance to play with both the Terra scopes and binos at SHOT. Very nice glass for the money. Can you give a quick compare to say their conquest line of scopes. Also at what price point will this new line be at? Conquest prices, below or above?

I would rate it at or near Conquest quality, but below the HD5. I woudlnt be surprised if this is nothing more than the Conquest relabeled, in anticipation of closing that line out in lieu of the HD5 scopes. As for price point, the Rep told me the binos would retial at 399, and the scopes would "be in at the same price point."

The Terra 3 3-9x42 RZ6 caught my attention. ER is 90 MM (3 35/64 in). They are 14.8 oz.

2-7X36 is my favorite hunting scope.I will take a good look at these.Glad to see someone making an honest hunting scope again.
It's actually a 2-7X32 at 11.5" and 13.4 oz. Perfect for my kind of hunting situation.
