I can spare 500 or so, will that help? They will cost you a beer, though. smile

yes, I did get it out, after unscrewing the breech plug. Soaking the bore with soap at the moment, getting ready to rinse it out with hot water and wipe it out.

fat daddy,

Please drop by. You will be most welcome.

Late afternoon/early evening is the best time. The beer is still cold, the smoked hog has not been eaten, and some of the guys are still coherent.

Looking forward to meeting you.

tex n cal,

500 primers will be graciously accepted. Need to do a lot of reloading before going to Wyoming for prairie dogs.

Beer(Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA) will be available, along with some other goodies.

Many thanks,

Steve

See if you can round up slumlord in particualr and a couple of others. I, for one, would love to meet a few of you TN deer folks. Another great reason that I am looking forward to this trip!

They're also going to check out a nodule on my left lung found during a pre-surgery xray - 50% chance of that being cancerous. Good luck and have fun on the hog hunt. I was looking forward to slaying one of those hogs with a 41 mag! Les is coming home to watch me for a couple weeks. Tom

Tom,
Sad to hear about your illness and the fact you're not coming. I will do my best to slay a hog with my 41.Will let you know how it turns out and keep you in my prayers.

The max number of people we can have this year is 40. Which means there are only nine spots open.

If we hit 40, we'll have a back-up list in case someone has to drop out.

Once again it looks like we are going to have way too much fun.

Which is just about right.

Which reminds me that I need to throw a few V8's in the cooler with the blue ribbons, just in case....
