Got mine off gunbroker 5 years ago, wife bought it for me for my wedding present, if you can fine one they go 225.00 to 500.00 most seem to be in 25-20 win. I have only seen 3 from the time I got mine. John

They were also chambered for 25 Stevens rim fire, which has not been made for many years. Look close before leaping

I have a Marlin 27-S pump in the 25 Stevens rimfire and a couple of boxes of ammo for it. It is in excellent shape and it is a collector not a shooter.

I built this one from the a few parts I had on hand + the remains of 3 junkers I got in 1 deal for 75 bucks. I have under 100 in it. I have a decent stock but have not fitted it yet. The barrel was already shortened when I got it - must have had a bulge before.

This is a VERY handy arm & I carry it often when hiking. It's very lightweight. I would be okay settling a badger's hash with it, but I believe it a bit small for coyotes.

Before buying one of these, closely examine the magazine as this is the part I believe most likely to fail. I have another in 25RF I plan to convert to 25-20. I have all the parts + an extra barrel so it could be returned to original condition if so desired.

As with any other older arm, also check the bolt face to ensure the firing pipn & extractor is present. SW
