OP Bulletbutt Campfire Outfitter B Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 10,262 Between Seafire and Scott F	I'm researching to buy a new muzzleloader with the 209 ignition system for modern firearms seasons here, and I ran across the website for a new REDEMPTION rifle by www.lhrsportingarms.com Does anyone have any experience with one of these, or an opinion on them? They are being made in the US by people formerly from T/C. I won't plunk down that much money for an unknown unless I feel pretty sure of what I'm doing, and I'm fully aware that alot of guys here know alot more than I do about muzzleloaders, so I'm all ears if you would look at their website and tell what your impressions are. I saw a movie where only the military and the police had guns. It was called Schindler's List.

Kinda pricy for not being stainless unless its a form of nitride treatment. Ferritic nitrocarburizing if done correctly is nearly 70 on the Rockwell hardness scale and incredibly wear/corrosion resistant. Last edited by Overkill45; 01/23/13.

I sent money off today for a new T/C Triumph Bone Collector so I quit being interested in the new REDEMPTION. Too new, so there's not enough info out on it yet for me.
