I heard a rumor that you can make .303 savage cases from .307 winchester cases.has anyone ever tried this? is it really possible? Brownie

You may be interested to know that 303 Savage brass is available at Graf and Sons for $59 per hundred and properly headstamped.

I would think that it's probably easier to find .303 brass than it is to find .307 Win right now. Unless you've already got a bunch of .307 on hand I doubt it would pay off.

This is not quite on topic but shows another use for .303 brass & should be of interest to Boltman and Fug99 - CAUTION LIVE AUCTION - I assume you could do the same for 44 Evans Long
