If it makes you guys feel any better, there's a bill before the Utah Legislature that basically states we will not abide by any further federal laws/restrictions when it comes to gun control issues and makes it a crime for any federal officer to enter the state to try and enforce said laws.
There's also a bill to do away with concealed carry permits....right to carry.

I sure would if I was a resident.. And IF it passes the lawsuits should be filed immediately.. And last, IF I was a resident there, I WOULD NOT COMPLY.... Screw 'em..

I'll be shocked if it doesn't pass. Most days I wish they'd create the 51st state of Twin Cities and leave the rest of us alone. I'll volunteer Badger, MN as the state capital, leave St. Paul for the state of Twin Cities.

Selmer, I wish they'd make all of these big metro areas independent cities on their own.. and all the BS they come up applies only to them and their intercity crime problems.. and expenses....

I attended the hearings tonight and talked to a Republican Representative on the committee hearing the proposed bills. She did not think that the bills were going to go anywhere. The DFL author of HF 241 and HF 242 did not even bother to come to the public hearings for the bill and she had a lobbyist introduce and speak on one of the bills.
