This is good match ammo, but at 1200fps it is not standard velocity. SV is 1050 to 1080fps. Decent pricing as well. I'd be all over it if it would be good for my High Standard.

Federal 711 match ammo is 1080 FPS

This stuff was made in 1998, my 711B's are 1080 fps and marked on box, I was going by the midway catalog which list the match ammo at 1080fps and the target ammo at 1200fps. this could be 1080fps ammo but its not marked on the box like the 711B's are. And back in 1998 all the 711, 711A and 711B were called Gold Metal Target. I know this because I have 711,711A,711B ammo, boxes look the same except for after 40gr solid it was either mared with 711,711A,711B

just shot 3 rounds out of my Win 52 and fps was 1085,1083 and 1085 thats out of a 28" barrel,so this ammo is the 1080fps ammo

reduced to $6.99 per box, at $8.99 I felt I was gougeing alittle
