I just tried 7 of the new 2013 bows, including the Monster Chill. It was a great bow, smooth, quiet, fast. I think you'll enjoy it. Good luck hunting.

Finally got my hands on the Monster 6. Put a Limbsaver 5 pin Prism Elite .029 sight on it(not my first choice, but a NIP $200 sight for $39 on ebay couldnt be ignored), NAP Apache stab, QAD LD rest. Using a Carter Target 4+ release. Gold Tip 5575 exp hunters(till i get my hands on some CX maxima blue streak 250), 100 grn tips. Bow is a pleasure to shoot. Smooth, quiet and fast. 26.5" @ 60# is yielding 292 fps. The more i shoot it the more I like it.

How forgiving are you finding the Monster? A buddy of mine switched over to the Chill and really likes it. I am shooting a G5 Prime Shift, need all the brace height I can get. Shoot straight and enjoy your new Monster.

I have less than perfect form but have had no issues getting arrows to hit where i put the pin. I tend to shoot better with longer ATA bows that are a bit heavy. The Monster aims like a rock. Dont have a heavy stab and ditched the harmonic stab in the riser for a heavy dampener. Bow is fast, quiet, and draws smooth thanks to the M7 mods. I may try a chill once they become available used for a decent price, but the M6 aint goin anywhere

I bought a new one today also. Hoyt Charger $499 brand new, right out of the box. Lot of bow for the Money - it takes a good deal for me to break out the wallet, my last new bow was a Hoyt Ultratec 2003 model!

This one a 2010 model. Gave $450 shipped for the bare bow. Came with an aftermarket grip as well as the factory wood grip, and has a set of custom strings and cables. So yeah i got a good deal on it. Ill shoot it for a couple years and hopefully run across across a Chill or Creed Tactical for a great price. Only other bow on my want list at this time is a Reezen 6.5.
