Does Lapua's recent introduction of 22-250 brass now make 22-250AI a better trick than 22x47? I've read lots of posts all over the innerweb about the 22x47's favorability due to the availabilty of Lapua parent brass. Seems that Lapua 22-250 brass sort of makes that argument moot. Thoughts?

I'd much rather have a 22-250AI myself, so Lapua brass availability just makes it a further confirmation.

I had a 22x47, kind of a pain but the brass was awesome..

When Lapua introduced the 22-250 brass I immediately got a
.22-250 AI reamer and haven't looked back..

I do believe the small primer pocket of the .22x47 is a bit tougher, more resistant to high pressure than is the large pocket on the .22-250.
