Nice to see a few old 3 screw models floating around. Does Ruger still modify them for free?

alukban - that is very nice looking, did it start as a Bisley? Do they even make a Bisley SS? I am looking for a pistol for each of my kids and was planning a Bearcat but now you have me thinking about a SS that I can work on efore I start hacking my favrite pistol.

I think they still do but they will never get their hands on mine. In fifty years I have managed to hot hurt myself with it and I thing by now I have it figured out.

And then you show us a picture of a Bisley Gripped SS! Looks Handy!

If I can find a Bisley Trigger and Hammer I think I am going to put them in my standard gripped SS (just a note; the hammer hump needs to be ground to fit, trigger slot needs to be lengthened and the SS needs the 'small' Bisley hammer).

Yeah, it started as a Bisley. Dunno if there are many SS ones but they are around.

David Clements did the work to that one. That's actually a Douglas barrel with his front sight.

It shoot s like a FRIGGIN' LASER BEAM smile

I'd put some nice stag grips on it and call it good.
