New Marlin 1894 owner here. Can I safely load Win .44 Mag JSP in the rifle? Or do I need flat nose bullets. Thanks, Scott.

Should be able to. I shoot WW box, and hand loaded. XTP bullets as well as some hand loaded swc's.

If you can't, I've been doing it wrong - for a long time...
For factory ammo, I actually prefer the Winchester white box SP's in the lever gun.
