I sold 1300 pieces for 75.00 and I have seen 35.00 for 100 pieces plus shipping. So what's it worth ? I guess for what one pays for it is what it's worth.

I arranged to buy 300 once-fired LC which was trimmed, FL sized, and primed for $90 plus postage. What I got was 248 pieces of the LC brass & 102 pieces of mixed. The seller threw in an additional 50 pieces because he used some of my LC to fill a larger, later order. I told him I wanted reimbursed $16.50 for the 52 pieces of LC brass missing & that I would gladly return his 102 mixed cases once he sent me my refund + $7.00 for return postage.
I haven't heard from him. Am I being a hard ass?

No. He should have checked with you before changing your order, which was made prior to the larger, later order.
