OP HunterJim Campfire Tracker H Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 6,935 Santee, CA, USA	Not many rifles out there in .250 Savage, but I figured a rebarrel of a .22-250 would be an easy way to fix that. The last .250 Savage I bought is a tang safety Ruger that I acquired for my grandkid collection. Anyone do this conversion? How did it go?... thanks... jim LCDR Jim Dodd, USN (Ret.) Most any bolt action that left the factory chambered in anything based on a 308 case will work.
