Try to be just a LITTLE bit serious with this assemblage of clowns and..... smile

The swap meet stuff is one of the things I am looking forward to the most. I have a table or two at most local or semi local gun shows and just totally DIG horse tradin and swapping guns and stuff.

I hope a FEW of you are like minded in that regard. I am pretty sure there will be a couple of other gunswappers or rifle flippers like me.

I may bring along a Smith 645, Springfield XD 45, AR15 in 6.8 SPC for possible trade looking for a Colt 4 inch Python.

A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.

It's not classy, but I've got a Norinco SKS I'd as soon trade off.

Ya prolly want pants, too...

I'm thinking about leaving the pants at home, probably the rifle as well. One of the guides was telling me about the Renaissance Festival folks they had hunting with spears and some kinda court jester outfit. I'm thinking a knife is all that's needed...clothes optional. I do have to wear shoes as I have tender feet.

Actually, while I don't personally like them at all, they do make great gun show table fodder so bring it and if no one else does I will give decent trade value on it towards something I have.

Looking like I might have a pretty nice Smith and Wesson 15-2 heavy barreled 4 inch 38 along as part of my trade goods.

I'm still trying to decide what to load in the High Wall, soft flat nose, hard flat nose, or round soft nose smile

The 500's actually don't kick that much, as they're only going 1100 fps.

So how do you have them loaded to where you only get 1100 fps out of a 45-90?

I'm thinking about toting the AR. Any suggestions as to a good round? I don't have time to reload so it'll have to be off the shelf.

Might even bring some mountain spring water....

That all sounds great! 'Specially the "spring water". Ours tastes like it's got cactus.r sumthin in it. smile

Please check your email Pat as I need you to tell me WTF that butcher is talking about and then tell me which to get.

I'm closing the deal in the am.

One cooler is already full of booze, I have another that needs filling!

[bleep] grin ....I'm only "herding" two more days before we leave. Only one of 'em counts because Monday is a training day.

Seriously, if I crash and the highway is littered with whiskey, vodka, and cases of beer there ought to be some food and/or ingredients mixed in.
