It appears from your site that you've spent a little time in the chugach.

I love the wolverine shots. You don't see many wolverine photos...

Nice shot. I know wildlife photographers tend to hang out at the National Parks where you are more likely to get closer for a practical photo. I have many deer pictures taken in the Smoky Mt NP. They aren't tame, but you can often have time to put together a shot.

Thanks, my knowledge is vast, lol.

Slingshot, while that is true for the most part the last sheep print I sold was of a ram in an open hunting area, the hunter harvested the 42+ incher in the same drainage a few weeks later after the season opened. I welcome that sort of challenge. After all, it is the truly big sheep that interest me most, I'll go wherever that is.

Tell us about the sheep shot. Distance, lens etc. With my equipment, I would have to be within 20 yds for a shot like that without severe cropping. I still think in terms of 35mm photography and you get what you get for the most part. It is still a very cool photograph.
