How about 3 T3s? A 25/06,a 7 Rem Mag, and a 338! Varmints to Moose. Open country to dark timber. Even a Griz might fit in there some place.

Boy, of the posts on this subject I've seen over the years, that has to be the most unusual. I suspect you've got it covered. E

Pretty clear that we could all do more with less, if necessary.

Hmmm....Let me think about it for a while...Just wondering what the perfect battery might be...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

IMO any rifle battery has to start with a good quality 22lr then a varmint caliber rifle (.223, .243 etc.)and last a big game rifle in say a 300 mag of some sort, I think these rifles would basically have all bases covered......................Hb

.22 LR semi-auto or bolt .223 Rem AR style .223 or .22-250 bolt .300 Blackout AR-style .308 or .30-06 bolt .338 bolt .45-70 lever
Nothing on legs I wouldn't hunt or defend myself against with that combo.
Coyote Hunter - NRA Patriot Life, NRA Whittington Center Life, GOA, DAD - and I VOTE!
No, I'm not a Ruger bigot - just an unabashed fan of their revolvers, M77's and #1's.
A good .30-06 is a 99% solution.
