You guys did know I was kidding about Dianne Feinstein being my heartthrob, right? Just picked up risjr's suitcase and guns so he can fly light. Did not get a free lunch out of it but that means I only owe him for 78 previous free lunches. I have six jars of peach pie, one limoncello, one blueberry "recipe", and a sour cherry elixir but the cherry I may kill before I arrive since No.1 son is driving and he does not drink.
Bringing the first flintlock I made (.45) but also the old .348 Win Model '71 and a .41 mag in case it rains...

BTW, were your ears ringing about 10 minutes ago? An impromptu 25 yard session in the yard confirms what the last one showed me....I don't shoot the "i" two-dot sights as well as a three-dot configuration. That, and I still prefer my Sig and 1911 over the Glock. I can "feel" the difference between the 10mm and the ACP, I'm just torn after last year's performance.

George, I nearly fell apart yesterday. I took one of my 1076's and my G20SF over to the range where I was doing a last minute check of zero.

It was obvious that I haven't spent time with my Smith. It is beginning to look like I shoot the Glock a tad better. Damn this getting old! Damn getting used to shooting plastic pistols!

We turned in our Smith 10mm's back in 2003 or so. Been working with Glocks since. They never have pointed correctly for me, something to do with the grip angle.

For whatever reason though, yesterday, I'd have to give the edge to the tupperware.

That's the way I've always felt about the Glocks but promised to give the SF an honest shake. I honestly like the gun, it's just going to take a little getting used to after being so loyal to the Sig.

I vindicated myself last year with the .45 stoppage after the Amish Machine Gun "incident" . I may have limit myself to 25ish yards with the Glock. I doubt that will cause a problem.

I'm still hoping they'll run dogs and the knife will come into play, perhaps.
