You have no idea how much I look forward to sitting close to a fire and hearing someone tell the story of "The Amish Machine Gun Incident."

hahaha

[bleep], I'll tell it.....I'm not ashamed grin . Sadly, those that were present to witness the event will be missing again. I'm not sure, but I may have chipped one of Sean's teeth with a piece of .35 Remington brass (first or second shot probably). I told him I was shooting until it stopped.

Now you've got me thinking I should haul the AMG with me just for grins. It's much easier to just toss the Glock in and call it good, though.

Not unless you're planning on sleeping outside to avoid the fumes/snoring. It might be better in the "master's quarters", though.

I've been packing and unpacking guns for the last couple of days. I did some last minute work today on a .257 Weatherby Vanguard I picked up a couple of months back. Finally got some brass in and threw together some loads with the 100 grain Hornady. Wasn't figuring on bringing it, but I liked the way it was shooting today.

I'll definitely be bringing my Dad's old .32 Spl, and of course my 10mm's.

Considered for awhile bringing a work rifle with me. I've been hauling a Winchester M14 around in my trunk for about 16 years. I'll have to turn her in here in a couple of months, and thought about trying to make meat with it first.

Who knows. Three sleep cycles between here and there.

Same here. I'd have a lighter load if folks would not have said, "hey bring that XXXXXXX I wanna see it" smile

I talked myself out of bringing one Ruger, and an M4. If you can, though, bring that M14, it would be interesting to see.

Folks were kind enough to loan me shotguns for trap last year, so this year I'm bringing my SKB double, ammo, and a carton of birds, and folks are welcome to use them.

Unfortunately, Bob, I have outgrown my stretchy pants....LOL.

Tex, I'll do my best to throw the M14 on the Truck. We've been up and down a lot of hills together.

Hell I don't care so long as it's warm and dry. I honestly only knew of the barracks from Jim and George's posts.

When you rolling in Pat?

Not a bad seat in the house. They're just complaining because it's a long way to carry people to bed from the fire. Leaving Tuesday AM...tex-n-cal has yet to give me a departure time. smile Wed's noonish I suppose.

I don't think you can get in through that door, Jerry. It's only 32 inches wide. Just text me and I'll make sure you can come in through the main entrance. I'll take care of security.
