No.
Three thoughts: 1) you need more attentive help.
2) if there is not powder and seated bullets involved, I suggest a universal de-prime die and just knocking them out.
3) if there is powder and seated bullets involved, I am not sure what the consequences would be of touching off one of those rounds....don't think I would.
4)....ok I had a bonus thought...it don't happen often. How many rounds are we talking?

You might have misfires. Pistol primer cups are shorter and thinner. I imagine it's possible to pierce a primer cup that's too thin. I'd probably punch them out as burt2506 suggested.

Good question. The safe thing would be to replace them. If it was me, and the load was midrange or less....I might touch one off just to see what would happen. With a softer cup you could get a pierced primer....with a shorter cup it might not go off at all....
Only one way to find out....

I'd pull em, punch em and start over.

Life is short, and spare body parts are scarce. Pull them, dump powder, universal deprime, prime, dump powder back in, and insert the slug.

Yea, pull 'em and start over. You can fire the primer in the empty case in your rifle if you don't like de-priming live primers. I've de-primed quite a few live ones and never had one go off, but it still kind of gives me the heebie jeebies.

That's why Mathman did a little editing above; when depriming live primers, gently, gently push them out.
