I guess u could say that I hit the jackpot today. I went to have Sunday dinner at my Pepa's house and received a couple freebies. First up was a Browning BAR in .338 win magnum(which I knew was headed my way) The real surprise came when my stepdaddy also gave me an old model winchester 94 in 30 WCF. It's really old I think (in the 300,000 serial # range) 26" octagon barrel in servicable condition. This one has a little history behind it, in that it used to belong to the county. It was property of the county road dept. back when that was fashionable. I'm guessing that was a long time ago. Anyway, I'd say I had a very good day in the gun acquisition department Trying my best not to brag, but what do you guys think? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
