Wow. Be a shame to "hide" that one in a boot.

Do you do the Wolverine show last w/e of April???

Thanks for the nice words everyone.

Mannlicher, I have seen you name on some of the other forums and good to see some of the same names here. Glad I found this forum as I am a Winchester collector at heart and part time knifemaker so this forum has the best of both worlds for me, I can see me spending ALOT of time on this forum..

Tim, No I dont do the wolverine show. I just make knifes part time so can only do the ohio shows for now with my full time work schedule. I hope to start doing a few other shows next year, the Blade show in Atlanta being one of them so how knows maybe the wolverine show is in my future.

Thanks again guy's Jim

This is a very nice looking knife.

I would buy one having only looked at the pictures! Craftsmanship is outstanding.

Hi George, I heat treat my own carbon steel and send my stainless out to fellow Knifemaker Michael Omachearley. On this O-1 it gets heated to 1475 and held for 10 minutes Quenched in parks 50 and tempered at 425 for 2 1 hour cycles. I do own a rockwell tester and all my knifes get tested. This little dagger tested at 60.5 rc on the tester.I do have a photobucket site that shows me heat treating a knife and my rockwell testing equipment, There is NEVER a question on my knifes of the rc hardness , if I can figure out how to attach a link to that site I will. Thanks for the question..Jim
