Nice, but I thought zombie green was the bright neon green, this looks more like Jade Green to me!

i thought so too. they are the same as Gene Ingram's 'Jade Green" G10 knife scales, but VZ calls these "Zombie Green'. they were a limited run and i see they are no longer listed...

well...they do look different.

I am partial to Davidson's Horned Lizards, myself, on stainless 1911's.

So did you go into a closet and shut the door and turn off the light to check? Haha.

I like the looks of them.

Very unique...it really does have a bit of a Zombie look to them. And they do look like they would glow in the dark. In one way that would be cool...for defense, that would be somewhat less than cool.

yea, glow in the dark grips would suit me on my backcountry gun, but not so much elsewhere.

i do have two Ingram knives with this same G10. here is a picture of one that is not mine. click on the pictures to see the big version.

Jade Green Ingram

Got a set of those one the way for a matte nickel 1911. Larry is great.

The green isn't my thing, but that is a nice looking Colt.

I think you need to go back to the closet, shut the door, and turn the light off and wait. It may take awhile for them to glow. whistle

I've got a pair of Hogue's Zombie grips on my blued Colt 38 Super. They do glow in the dark, but I didn't go into any closet to see, just looked at them at night. Shining a flashlight on them first really makes them pop.

did you get the bright green ones or the ivory colored ones?

the top two Ingrams here are the same shade of G10 as my grips. lighting doesn't show it too well in this picture though. Ggene uses black liners though, and that may make a difference as the G10 is somewhat translucent.
