Reported on Fox news this AM that it was a crime scene but that was standard SOP. They had no reason to suspect foul play.

If someone can get to You-Tube, there's a video by a kid who was filming the fire when the explosion occurred. Amazing footage. It deafened the kid from a significant distance away.

From the facts I can gather, FEMA was in Waco & North Richland Hills area on both sides of West, Texas starting the day before. Just an "exercise" or drll... http://northhillshospital.wordpress.com/2013/04/16/this-is-only-a-drill/Combine that with DHS conducting drills at both Newtown, CT & the Boston Martathon finish line at the exact day of the incidents, and you start to smell something fishy.... Just saying. I was not one to be a conspiracy theorist, but now I do not trust the govt. any farther than I could throw an elephant.

North Richland Hills is a lot closer to me than it is West. West is about 15 miles North of Waco. NRH is about 20 miles South of me. West is about 75 miles from NRH.

Still haven't heard from my friends that live close to the plant. Hate to be this negative, but I also have a friend that is a firefighter there. Haven't heard from he or his family, but there are high odds he was on that fire.
