NOPE ...... Those covered bridges were to keep the shortlings (BigStump) from falling though the rungs on the sides & into the water. Poor things can't touch bottom and might sink.

I knew that, I just didn't want to upset his groupies....and his "man harem"..if they lost Little Larry can you 'imagine' the panic that would run thru these 'guys' lives?

We'd have slit wrists and drug overdoses all over the place...

I mean, if the source of every word they hang their lives on was gone????

Tricky. 1 in 14s only shoot bullets that bounce off of stuff. smile
I just converted my 1 in 14 223 to a 1 in 8 twist. 75 a-maxs fly pretty well, not quite what a 90 will do but they do make a nice thump on my 600 yard steel. If I do not quit shooting I will never get them loaded, but I was afraid this might happen. I just loaded thirty more when I ran out to the shop to grab a beer and a smoke. Only shot a fifteen round string this time so I am making progress.

If the 75s kill mobetta than the 55gr bullets I want to see it.

It would appear that Seafire would be doubly, if not triply, affected more than any other here by the loss of the Little Big Man From Milford Kansas. What would you have without him?

Perhaps, but they shoot good, and I'll have to admit to him I used H335 behind them- his suggestion. So that'll fuel his fire... grin

Oh, and they kill schitt too....

I forgot that I had a .223 Barrel screwed on when I shot that...Whew! Its a 'tight" 1 in 12!!! laugh

Would it just be my imagination "runnin'away with me" to think that a 222 Rem twisted 1 in 16" could kill stuff.....

Harrump. I shot a 6BR for awhile, using a 1-14" twist pipe. It still killed schitt, if I used flat-based bullets under 75gr. It shot best with the old 70 SPSX Hornady's, before they quit making them.

Fun shooting, it made airtime lots of fun. I think that bullet would open up on prairie dog pelts, it was so fragile.

That happens a lot if you use a 7x57 instead of a .270...........

Yeah, but nobody but you and I know, so I won't tell if you don't.

I've a good friend from Ireland. He tells me that a lie, well told, will serve as good as the truth, anyday.

LOL.

No fair. You had more than one pair of boots when you were a pup.

If three or more people think you're a dimwit, chances are at least one of them is right.
