Had a few jakes come in this fast and hard this morning looking for love.
Having never killed a turkey before, I wasn't going to be too picky. They met the legal definition by having a beard, so I picked out the closest one....
Might be one of those RARE Coues Turkeys... Walking back to the truck, I stumbled into some Morels. Enough for a Stocking Cap full...Gonna cook some of the breast tonight, probably prepare it like chicken strips...
Any tricks or recipes you folks like when preparing turkey that way..?
