It really doesn't matter if Yalie was the editor of the Yale Law Journal or mopped the bathroom stalls at Northern Connecticut Community College. His obvious lack of class and human decency supersede anything he may have accomplished in his life and Yalie will never hold a candle to a guy like Mark. The best thing we can do is ignore Yalie and turn our focus on the positive people around here.

As a self-professed attorney, you should know that Mark's temporary delay in shipping the rifle so as to repair a defect that was not discovered until after you mailed the check was not a material breach of the verbal contract. However, your cancelling the check was indeed a material breach of the verbal contract. Case dismissed. GFY!
