It's part of the constitution now, unlike when Roosevelt did it, and the amendment was passed specifically because of FDR's abuses and centralization of power. I know the constitution is commonly ignored and "reinterpreted", but there's really no way to reinterpret that. Our bigger problem is going to be Hillary.

If she runs, Michelle would almost be a lock to win and that really scares me. A lot of people will beat the Hillary drum in 2016, but at this point Hillary's best years are behind her and Michelle is on the rise.
