I just bought a gun that had a 3x9x40 Burris Fullfield on it. I bought one about 1988 and I liked it but I went to better optics. I don't know if its that I'm used to my German optics or if this scope needs a little TLC tune up. Has anyone ever sent their Burris scope in for a "tune up" or cleaning sort of speak ? I have done this with my Swarvo's and they came back like new at no charge,

Never had a scope fixed but have contacted their CS a couple of times regarding ring issues ie screws etc and they have always. Been very friendly and quick to send me screws or in one case a new upper half of a zee ring at no charge. I currently use their zee rings on most of my rifles and have about 4 different models of their scopes I like Burris and think the FFII is a nice scope

I sent in 2 older Burris pistol scopes that had dust or debris in them. I told them I had purchased them used but they were still happy to go through them for me for free.
I was very happy with the service and the end result.
I've used the older Burris Fullfields in the past and thought they were a pretty good scope for the money-doesn't mean they will match your Swaros though; tuned up or not.

Fullfield or Fullfield II? Just curious.
