Yes, I did it. I took the plunge and picked up a very nice Winchester Model 94 AE in .307 Win. It has the Monte Carlo stock and no cross-bolt safety, and I think I'm gonna enjoy shooting it along side my Marlin leverguns. The seller says he's got some .307 brass 'somewhere,' but so far he can't find it. And my buddy, who got the 'big brother' .356 of the matched pair, is unlikely to part with any of the 80 rounds that came with his 94AE for me to neck down.
So, if anyone has 40 to 100 pieces of .307 Winchester brass they could part with, I'd like to hear about it by PM. I have lotsa nice .35 Remington, .45-70, .45 ACP and other brass that I would be happy to trade, or I'll do a straight purchase if that's what you need. Thanks.
