Ken, you can't stay home. Without your wit, wisdom, and wisecracks we won't hit critical mass for a great time.  Besides, we need someone to help Blue keep us honest about our shooting.  After reading about lubing stuff up I think I'm going to stock up on rubber gloves and disinfectant wipes.  Ed If I have to work that weekend will not be able to make it. Probably won't know till the week of the get together. I'm as honest as the day is long.... But for the right price I can be persuaded.

No sir. The PD shoot is done from a bench. Well.............. I'll bet the bench ain't made right, then. What's wrong with a folding table?Or somebody will mess with my scope. Nobody in this crowd twirls another man's knobs. Or Ed will goose me just as I squeeze my shot off. Who, ME? No.... I got it........ I'll probably bring the wrong PD rifle for the altitude. You're bringing a Red Ryder, too?Y'all practice shooting........... I'll practice excuses. Don't worry, there will be an excuses practice session for all participants before anyone fires a shot Ed Don't shoot the 8 bore (or a 7.5 lb. 45-90?) beforehand - that one's legit, ask how I know. A Red Ryder event could actually be fun, just don't crawl the stock, those things can be vicious...
