Crazy rules? lol yep, I ask that if you want something I am selling to state so publically so there is no backpedaling later, and then pay for it, including shipping.

I think it's perfectly okay to ask that a buyer post an "I'll take it" right here in your thread. I think people who object to that are a bit paranoid...afterall, if local regs preclude their purchase they shouldn't be covertly purchasing anyway. And a public "I'll take it" closes the sale and prevents other people from wasting their time.

That said, I do see a need for more clarity in what you are selling. For instance, you mention .40 cal 200 gr lead bullets without a quantity or description of the bullet design. I do see a picture of some either plated or jacketed .40 cal bullets but the box says 180 gr.

I honestly don't know any more about the 40mm than what you see. If they are incorrectly boxed, it's how I got them and I apologize for any confusion. (when I say it's how I got them, I bought an estate of sporting goods and they were in that box.)

It's why the prices are cheap and why I ask people to state what they want and then pay for it. I am not here to misrep anything ever, intentionally. If there is any ... I stand up like a man and publically apologize.

As I stated earlier, the seller's stuff is his stuff, he can sell only to redheads and require proof that they are natural redheads if he wants, it's his sale.

Jerry/AK, you are entitled to your opinion, but I resent that you imply that someone who takes wise precautions to keep his business affairs private is doing so to cover illegal activity.

The folks in the "free-state" of LA, but in the path of Katrina, didn't think they needed to be less open with their purchases and what they owned - they were also wrong.

Not sure I've got it correctly understood yet, but here goes: you have a box of Berry's .40 cal 180 gr plated lead bullets, quantity is 250. Is that correct?
