Power Pistol powder pushes 140 gr Barnes Tac-Hp's to 1250 fps in my Sig P 226 Tactical Operations.
Plenty accurate for SD purposes and extremely reliable.

I shoot 180 gr lead bullets over 4 gr Bullseye as a match load. Cheap and accurate, or it used to be anyway.

It's an unfussy round to load. The only big caveat is make sure the bullets are tight in the case, and do not set back in feeding.

I load 180s with 7gr of True Blue. Very accurate in FNG gal's USP.
