That and the gray metal makes it a rat I guess, but I like it. I kept the old weaver variable on it and it still works good enough. Good on you for saving that 99. Did somebody use it as a tomato stake?

.475 Ackley Magnum, based on a .375 H&H Magnum necked up to .475 should fit the chamber.

What's the old saying about a blind hog finding an acorn. I love used guns. Especially if they have character. Every now and then I'll spy one I just can't live without.
