It's not only Ohio that's going up 88%. The guy that works across the hall from me wife works at Blue Cross and she says its going to happen to every body that is paying into the system whether directly or through there employer. When you add all of those no payers someone has to pay.
With many, if not most, businesses laying off people, or cutting hours to under 30, one wonders what all this 'employer' money might add up to?
IIRC, word is that the gov't never considered (naturally - them damned unintended consequences) that businesses would cut hours to 29 or less in order to avoid this hated (and IMHO STILL unconstitutional ) Obamacare..
